So sad, indeed. No wonder we still haven't broken into othe group of 'developed' countries in spite of having a large and able population, tremendous natural resources, one of the best agricultural conditions in the world etc. I hope this time we all stand up and FORCE the government to take action.
Oh and friends, no 'Spirit of Mumbai' crap please.
